The Hayes Memorial Library
The William D. Hayes Memorial Library at St. Eustace Church is a self-service
LENDING LIBRARY located in Bartlett Lounge. It was created in the
mid-nineties, when The Rev. William D. Hayes left much of his personal collection
for a lending library. Dan Nardiello then built shelving, and Gail McKay, Betty
Wadsworth, and Cynthia Grant readied the materials for borrowing.
The Library is sustained through annual purchases and gifts.
The St. Eustace Book Group also tries to leave a copy of its reading
material in the library.
To borrow material, simply sign the book cards with your name and phone
number, and leave them in the small basket near the books.
Suggestions for new material are always welcome. Please give them to
Betty wadsworth or Cynthia Grant.
During the Advent and Easter seasons, materials appropriate to the
season are displayed on top of the piano in Herbert Hall, and are
available for loan.
